CE - Chaos 'Devils'

Now, time for more explanation:
I got inspiration from this picture when I was listening to remixes of the dreaded Chaos Angel Zone on Newgrounds. As you all know, Chaos Angel is the 7th and final zone on Sonic Advance 3. It is very dangerous, lemme tell you that much. Anyway, I thought it would suit them because of how the background makes me think about the end of the world, but in a more romantic and dark kind of way... hence the couple, Xeno and Persephone. Since they're both demons, I renamed this picture "Chaos Devils."

Now, for the picture itself:
God, this took hours. LOTSA LOTSA precious hours... oui. It took me forever to work on the background because I had to put it in multiple separate layers. One for the clouds, one for the buildings in the background, one for the tower they're standing on, one for the sky, and finally one for the stars and mysterious "orbs" in the sky. Plus, Xeno was 2 layers, and I had to tack on an additional layer for finishing touches to the evil couple. I was going to include the platforms, but then I decided it'd be a waste. That, and when I drew the characters in the sketch I realized I had forgotten their key features--those being Xeno's wings and Seph's hair and hair tie. So I drew them at the end. --durp--

This took at least 6 hours in all; I even worked on this on the way home from my appointment yesterday, and in the waiting room waiting for my appointment. So yeah I even worked on it when I got back (fortunately, I had enough battery power to do so). Unfortunately, it was getting late, and I was unable to think straight enough to continue, so I had to stop and pick up on this the next day. And yet again I played around with the BG too much~ silly me... same thing though: I custom made it myself using the original game BG as reference (not drawing it exact, but close enough so it looks something like in the game).

Come to find out, ol' Shady LOVES Chaos Angel, and this is her favorite couple atm, so I decided to make this yet ANOTHER downloadable wallpaper for her laptop or what not. You guys can DL it too, if you like! 8D
