*Has a burn blotch on his right arm.
*Has an arrow-shaped birthmark on his chest, and a 4-leaf-clover-shaped birthmark on his bottom-right leg. Finally, he has a set of 3 dots--arranged diagonally--across his forehead, in the shape of a 3 on a die.  (This changes to a set of 6 dots in his Hyper Luck form--with 3 on top and 3 on bottom--both horizontally aligned--with a space in between them.) All of these birthmarks are white.
*Has 2 dreads on either sides of his head.
*Is quite skinny and meek when compared to most other Echidnas.

*Wears a long-sleeved black tuxedo to hide his scars on his arms.
*Wears a black-and-striped tie.  It's his favorite accessory, and he always wears it with his tux; anyone who tries to take it off will be in for a surprise...

*On his head, he as a pair of rarely used goggles.  He only has them over his eyes during flight, and even then he rarely ever wears them because he usually forgets them at home!

Attacks and Abilities:
*Dice Bomb - Dice's main weapon of choice, and also his most favorite, the Dice Bomb does damage and makes a blast radius where the intensity of both depends solely on the number that turns face-up on them.  3's are more common for him, but a 6 is hard to roll, yet very devastating.  If too close to his foe, then depending on the distance between him and his enemy and the number rolled, he could receive recoil damage from his own attack.
*Fireball - Dice can charge and throw a fireball.  The fireball charges up slowly. Longer charges burn him, but do more damage when released.
*Clover Tail - Dice's tail is part plant. Thus, he can absorb sunlight with it, and turn it into energy for his body, which is why he is mostly seen at a park underneath a tree, soaking up solar rays. Since he can bend his clover tail and the leaves on it, he can carry a small item with it, such as an apple or rock, or wield a weapon with it as if it were a third hand.  He can also form a fist with his tail and punch with it.
*Fire Punch - Using both his fists, he can charge fire with them and punch to inflict more damage.  However, the fists are weak and do minimal damage on their own.  He cannot do this with his clover tail or else it will set on fire.
*Phoenix Wings - Dice can unfold red-and-gold-feathered wings that can be used for flight.  In addition to flying with them, he can slam them into his foe to inflict damage that way too.
*PTMC Weapons - Dice can wield portable weapons, such as a mini Plasma Cannon or Gauss Cannon.
Weaknesses:
*Lightweight - Dice can get knocked around easily by heavier adversaries.
*Hand-to-hand combat - Dice is a poor melee fighter and mostly relies on close-range pyrokinesis to aid him with this.
*Fire - Even though Dice is a pyrokinetic, he has to be careful because his clovery tail makes him weak to his own element!
*Water - This isn't really a weakness to Dice unless he's using his Pyrokinesis.  If he is, then his ability to fly is powered down, and he loses his Pyrokinesis temporarily.  If not, then he can absorb the water because of his clovery tail.  To be honest, Dice actually enjoys it because it helps his clover tail become damp and more healthy.  Again, this isn't really a significant weakness, despite the fact Dice can utilize fire.  (He has other methods of attacking without fire.)
*Lightning - This is a double-edged sword.  If Dice is flying in the air, he is highly susceptible to it. However, if he is standing on a grounded surface, or he is only touching an electric wire with his clover tail, he won't get shocked. This is because Dice's long and slender, Wood-elemented clover tail acts as a ground for any electric cuurrent(s) attempting to go through his body.
*Ice - Dice cannot stand cold weather, for he is always trying to regulate his body with warmth.  So even below 50 degrees Farenheit, Dice will start numbing up immediately from the cold, then start taking serious internal damage from it, since every part of his body--even his clover tail--rely on some sort of heat source to help it stay strong.  Even though Dice is weak to heat, he won't mind warming up next to an open fireplace on a cold, Winter day.

Personality Info
About: Dice is usually very open about making more friends, yet at the same time he can get annoyed easily, even though he tries not to show it.  It's easy for him to trust others, but once you break it, it's very hard to get it back.  He usually gives the individual in question one more chance, and if it's broken again, then he gives up on them and attempts to avoid them as much as possible.  Once you become his friend, if you give him enough space combined with just the right amount of love and respect, you will learn that he has a heart of gold for all his friends.  He loves to make gifts for everyone, rarely ever complains about anything, works hard, and is an honest and bright individual all around.  However, Dice takes almost everything seriously, even if the other individual(s) are just joking around.  And it's hard for him to understand the difference between a joke and sarcasm at times... but that doesn't mean Dice hates randomness.  In fact, Dice likes to talk about anything random, and tries to talk about the hip-and-happening randomness just to fit in.  He has an unhealthy obsession for D2X-XL, a Descent 2 Vertigo mod that contains a pleathora of new features that aren't important for the sake of this bio.  All-in-all, Dice is a sweet, cool, random, fun Echidna, with a heart that's big but tender at the same time.
Likes: Cheddar cheese, basically anything with cheese in it, his friends, Descent, Neko the Echidna, meaty foods, fruit (except for grapefruit), Raspberry tea, hanging out with friends, relaxing, playing, drawing, sleeping in, soda (though not a whole lot), cooked pasta, ramen.

Dislikes: his father (Richie Phoenix), eggs, egg rolls, potato salad, seafood (including fish), EggMan, Samuel Dravis, mushrooms, spicy food (he only likes  mild chili).  Also, he does have one particular kind of cheese he dislikes: SWISS!

Small wallet--holds up to 500 Mobiums at one time.
Dice Bomb Sack--Stores up to 30 Dice Bombs and/or Smoke Dice at a time.
Card Keys--Dice uses these to allow access to his Pyros.
Digital Watch--A watch that shows the weather AND time.  It even has a mini-GPS embedded in it, as well as a comm device to keep in touch with his comrades on the battlefield.
Cellphone--Dice carries a black-and-green cellphone with unlimited text and talk.  The monthly plan on it is paid for by Bryan the Wolf, Dice's leader.  It also has a camera, but it cannot record video, and the pictures he takes with it cannot be transferred via PC and must be kept on his phone unless he sends them as an attachment in a text message.

Clover Gems
8 of them exist in Dice's dimension (just like there are 7 Sol Emeralds in Blaze's and 7 Chaos Emeralds and 1 Master Emerald in Sonic's), and he must wield all 8 in order to save the universe once again... 4 of them are enough to provide a good amount of luck to anyone, but 8 change Dice and Dice only into his Hyper Luck form, with perfection at its best!  Rings are needed for Dice to sustain this form though, as is the norm for super-formed characters~
And, stranegly enough, they are shaped just like 3-leaf clovers, although on a larger scale!  They come in the 7 colors of the rainbow, and an 8th color: white.  However, even though the white seems to stand out, there is actually no master Clover Gem.  Each one has an equal amount of power, and do not need to rely on a master to hold them together (like the Master Emerald keeps the 7 Chaos Emeralds in check).  Sometimes, if Dice feels very close to someone and really trusts them, he will loan a Clover Gem to them as a good luck charm.  But when the world--or his dimension--is in peril, he will require it back from them in order to save the world once again...
